pictures, travel|Running on fumes after landing at JFK airport around 11:30 pm on Sunday night and then being at work at 7:30 am the next morning. Was tempted to nap when I got home but decided to push through and go to volleyball. So now it’s almost midnight and I need to get to bed. London recap will have to wait but I wanted to leave you all with my favorite photo:
Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to go in and examine it properly. Maybe next time…

GH - i have a sleep deficit that goes back about 20 years. i read everything i can on sleep issues…though i guess forcing myself to actually be in bed at a human hour would be a good start.
